It is designed for linux 100% compatibility... that is a must.... works with doze and most importantly runs all the ubuntu repo something like 24000 programmes you see all free.... dont be a fool....the best bit is you can run virtualbox or vmware ect... ie xp/vista too... at the same time hmmmm.... what bad points.... none at all.... absolutely brilliant.

Good speed and light for what I would use it for
The unit does work howevert he first thing I did was wipe of Linux, put XP on it and it was brill, you can download teh drivers from Elonex website. Battery is quite poor which is a problem with most laptops, but in my opinion this webbook VIA C7-M 1.6Ghz looks a little outdated in its design. However I do well recommend the Webbook VIA C7-M 1.6Ghz laptop.
