I used to be a regular shopper at Zara however I will never shop at zara again. I found some of the staff I dealt with to seem rude to me, and the quality of the clothes to be poor. I recently bought a coat at full price at zara watford and found seams and stitches coming out. When I went back to the shop to check other jackets so I could get a better one I was rather disappointed to find that all the items available appeared to have faults! When I asked the sales person to get me another from another store she seemed unwilling to do this. Another pair of staff when approached appeared to be standing around chatting and did not seem to make an attempt to assist me at all when I was just standing in front of them waiting to ask a question.
