ZARA has fairly good selections of styles. Their designs are usually simple, formal and stylish.
It is a real shame ZARA does NOT consider quality to be one of their priority.
I have visited many of ZARA shops and found clothing ranges to be fairly within my taste. Every time one thing lets ZARA stores DOWN and that is the QUALITY of the product. I recently visited ZARA shop and picked out four items (which was NOT on any promotions) with every intention of buying, but I came out of the shop with one item. In the store I found three(75%) of the items to be faulty. Certain Items were so bad, my friend asked me "Are we in one of their factory outlet store?" Buying online from ZARA is not any better either. My sister ordered a garment through online and yes! you guessed it `NO QUALITY'. There were threads coming off the item from everywhere (the item was returned and received full refund). As ZARA stores are located within wealthy regions, people do not mind paying the price range. I personally think if ZARA is to stay with the mainstream shops and keep their price ranges, they got to have a MASSIVE improvement with the quality of their products. ZARA does have fairly good style range and you are most likely to find something you like. MY ADVICE to customers that are planning to shop at ZARA is to make sure you have enough time to shop, do not rush in and just buy, if you are visiting the store always try the items on and always screen the items carefully before buying to avoid disappointments when you get home. If you find the same style item anywhere else for cheaper or for more, it is better to stay away from ZARA!!!
