Hi, i started slimming world just over a week ago, my first week i lost 4lb and that was eating as much as i liked, my husband commented on the amount i ate and said that i could not possibly lose weight eating that much, have stuck to it to the book and hopefully now when i go for my weigh in on tuesday i shall have more weight off
