no charges withdrawing money abroad
Some staff in the call centre polite but of not always able to help.
I live abroad and at present am having major problems with Natiowide internet banking, I am unable to transfer money from my flex account to a relatives flex account, when you eventually get to speak to someone (a major problem as their system does not seem able to recognise the numbers I press on my telephone) they just keep telling me that there is not a problem their end. I have even tried a friends computer as I thought it might be mine at fault.
Nationwide you are about to lose a loyal customer of 20 years and I may say a lot of money in the account.
