styles of clothes and shoes at Zara are very good but I feel they are of disappointing quality. they don't seem to last me for long not even a month most of the times. i used to be a big fan and very often buy zara products but now i buy lots from gap and topman.
i live in high wycombe and the zara i used to go to was at eden shopping center. i must also say here that I find the staff there to be seemingly unhelpful and stubborn. i disagree with zara returns policy, they don't give money back and they don't give vouchers. can only exchange goods.
