You get to eat as much as you like.
Sandwiches and pies become things that dreams are made from.
Well been on the diet 2 weeks and lost four pounds. It's so easy, I get to pig out on pasta/ or as much meat as I want and still loose weight. The team leader is a bit tough, but apart from that I think it's really good. I always have one night off where I drink (Alcohol) and that hasn't effected my weight loss. I say if your thinking about doing it you should go ahead, the only thing you have to loose is the lbs!
