If what was in the papers is true they suffer from non-thinking staff. No one wants their financial details open to fraud. I hope they get onto this quickly.
My account with them is over a period of 10 years and it's difficult to find a better bank. I know I've looked. I find the internet a boon, owing to my age (77) I find it difficult to visit the branch. Nationwide seem to be on the ball with their system. Its simple and secure. There have been problems but they were sorted by bright peple on the help line.
