None. I wish I had gone elsewhere to place my money.
I have all of my log on details effective 22 April 2008. Today I could not access my Accounts. You appear to have changed the details yet again. I will now have to visit the Branch Office which I find offensive and inconvenient.
On 22 April 2008 I had a Member Name, Customer Number Pass Number and Memorable Word. You now require User Name (and the system will not accept any combination of my name - which I do know because I have had it for 63 years) and a Pass Word instead of a Pass Number. You have not advised me of any of these changes. I'm anxious to do work on my Accounts TODAY and I cannot.
I am extremely annoyed about it particularly as you did this to me on 20 April 2008 which required me to visit your Branch Office to sort matters out.
