I think the clothes are always very classy and never look cheap. They are very affordable and often really on-trend, sticking closer to catwalk looks whilst other highstreet shops favour watered down looks.
Sizes can be odd, trousers are generally much too long for me.
I get all my basics and often the most exciting parts of my wardrobe from Zara - when a shop can carry out both of these functions, I think it has got it right.
