Easy to follow healthy eating plan that actually works without the need for feeling hungry.
The image therapy groups can be a little time consuming but are worth staying to as this gives extra motivation
I have joined slimming world on previous occasions and have always lost weight at a steady pace. As with all diets, the key is in the individuals own motivation and committment to lose weight. If you are serious about wanting to change your eating habits and lose weight, this is the diet for you, as the whole family can eat the meals that you prepare. I joined again last week as I know that it works providing I stick to it.
