quick access to all of your general banking operations, option for paperless accounting (statements online or via post or both). Optional card-reader support for additional security.
bill payments wizard could be better,
NatWest Internet Banking www.natwest.co.uk is overall very good, security is taken quite seriously from what i see. no link at all with any email (natwest policy) so you should always know that any natwest email with a link is a scam.
The natwest online banking system is the exact same system as used with RBS.
