Tesco Insurance is the more familiar name of Tesco Personal Finance, part of the global Tesco Group. Tescos best known insurance products are Tesco Car Insurance and Tesco Travel Insurance, but they also offer home insurance and Tesco Pet Insurance. Tesco have also set up a price comparison site, Tesco Compare, apparently with the intention of taking on companies such as Money Supermarket and Confused.com

You might as well put your money under your bed, because as your dog reaches 9, this insurance goes up a rediculous amount, and when heaven forbid you`re dog reaches 10, you won`t be able to afford it anymore and will have to give up and try to get cheaper insurance elsewhere! Is this

I was told that as my suitcase had been out of sight then I had no claim. I could only claim whilst it was in my sight. Who is going to take stuff from the case while you have it in your sig

I was involved in this minor incident which produced only tiny scratch on both cars.
After exchanging details with other driver I thought I should inform Tesco about incident. I did and I did tell them not to make a claim. I said it loudly. However days later I have received a phone call from some third party people asking for incident details? I have made sure I asked them if other party made a claim against me but he did not. Excellent customer service - call centre staff are actually interested in you and anytime I have phoned they have all been pleasant and made conversation. Fast at answering. Offer to call back if a delay to resolve the problem. UK call centers!

I read reviews on here after realising I had a potential major claim and was worried by low ratings. While I wont pretend the whole process was easy, Tesco (via loss adjusters GAB robins) delivered what the policy said. I find it hard to fault insurers who do what they say they will do under the contract.
