Item: HP Compaq Presario 1200
Running XP Pro and has RAM maxed out at 188MB. Video Memory set to a whopping 8MB Shared. Has Linksys Wireless card and streams music from a laptop in another room with an external drive. Streams 320 Kbps music all day long. Its single USB port has an IR reciever that I used to control it with a Media Center Remote.This computer has been on for the last 3 years and I never shut it ...

Item: HP Compaq Evo N800V
Sea water fell into my laptop, fell down from the table, met with humidity, hot, cold, without shutting down it worked many months like a server, watched more than 1000 movies, so what else can be done to test this laptop?
It passed all my tests.
I congratulate Compaq company for this product.
Now I am looking for a new laptop, but i couldn't find any 15" and 1400X1050 resolution computer yet. ...

Item: HP Compaq Evo N800V
I have taken this laptop all around the world to some pretty rough places - Afghanistan and all over Africa. It has coped with the heat, humidity and dust and rough handling. In all that time, only the battery has failed (after 5 years). I have reinstalled the operating system only once. Full marks. ...

Item: HP Compaq NX8220
Find it a ok laptop to use, but my old compaq presario was and still is far superior and its a lot lower spec'd machine! If need 4th motherboard am ditching it and buying a Compaq presario!
