I think Evans Halshaw is truly terrible. The sales person we met gave the impression they would tell me anything I wanted to hear.
They used a number of sales techniques. For example, it took the sales man nearly two hours to purchase a tax disc for the car.
The after sales was my main problem, there was none. I suggest they revise their tactics, as their current methods will not last long!
I have sent letters of complaint to both the branch and their head office, over a month ...

So far, Evans Halshaw in Leeds has not provided the service I required since the date of purchase, and I feel that all the issues should have been rectified in the first instance. I had repeatedly asked Evans Halshaw to strip the vehicle and find all the underlying issues, so far this has not been done. The staff were very helpful especially Karl. I had never used this dealership before but I would definately use them again and recommend them to friends and family! Felt totally at ease and not under any pressure when buying my new car! Nothing was too much

I bought a 3 and a half year old car for just over £5k from Evans Halshaw and it has spent a total of 4 weeks in the garage being repaired in the nine weeks I have had the car. Initially the brakes were bound on and my fuel consumption was terrible. Evans Halshaw wanted to check the brakes had bound on and even offered to pay for diagnostic testing.
