Was sold a £10500.00 BMW car - car found to be unstable on country roads. Booked in for an inspection - declared no fault found. Staff refused to test drive & insisted that it was because it was a rear wheel drive BMW & didn't like them.

I recently visited arnold clark in winsford, firstly i was greated as i walked onto the forecourt by one of the sales guys (unlike accross the road) i was then givin the opportunity to freely walk the pitch and find the car that i was looking for. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from Arnold Clark. The two year manufacturers warranty was invalid due to impact damage that we were not told about even though the previous owners brought this to AC's attention when they traded in the car. It had faults, when it rained the car leaked. The airbag system did not work. The car was not fit for purpose. Arnold Clark were in breach of contract and we were sold a car under deception.
