Item: Admiral Car Insurance
I was hit in a car park ands the person addmitted liability. This was on Thursday. The claim was handed over to their claims management compnay calld Albany who are a distaster area.
I rang and they gave me the wrong information, the guy just wanted to get rid of me, or atleast thats how it felt. They rarely returned my calls they do appear to speak to each other, some different always deals with you.

Really cheap online quote to insure two of us fully comp on 3 cars, similar in fact to our previous individual quotes for one car each.
When I phoned up to arrange it the quote went up a massive £170! Additions included Premium tax, admin cost and interest for direct debit, they added 23%! exactly what they advertise the multicar reduction ...

Had a claim, their staff were very polite and my claim dealt with very fast. I have been with them for many years and would 100% renew with them.
Very good all round insurer, would use again and again. Keep up the good work Admiral. And the multi-car policy is a god send save £ £ ...

My wife and I have a Porsche and a Clio which we insured with Admiral. Given that my wife was still a learner, the cost of insuring both cars on a multi car policy (with my wife as first driver on the Clio and me as first on the Porsche) was cheaper than just insuring the Porsche on it's own with any other company! Was on single insurance and asked to change to multi car due to getting another car. they said it was no problem we had to pay £17 admin charge to change of which we paid and was told we owed nothing else in fact they had over charged us by £78 and sent us a cheque.We had the new policy come through the post which had lots of details they had got wrong. when on the phone they admitted they had made a mistake and they could correct it but I would have to pay £17 admin ...
