Ordered a king size bed from Asda Direct which arrived with the wrong size mattress. I was unable to get a replacement mattress from them and had to cancel order. This took weeks to resolve and meant my daughter had no where to sleep for weeks.

I found customer service to be very disappointing. Goods arrived broken, rang customer services and was informed that the computer was down and they would call me when it was working needless to say I did not receive a call back. Rang again and was told that I should reorder i.e. pay again I said no way just send my money back and pick up the goods. they said they would ring back and I never received a call. I buy all my expensive face creams, shampoo, makeup and similar products at Asda. They have a lot of the expensive brands and most of the time they're much cheaper than Boots. My day cream is only half the price at Asda when it's on special offer, which seems to be every other week.
Also, I love to cook Chinese and Indian food and used to have to go quite far to get to a decent Asian supermarket. Now I can buy virtually all the ingredients I need at Asda and often in much smaller ...

I placed to separate orders with ASDA direct one on the 10/11 and one on the 15/11 neither of which were delivered. After many calls to the "service team" I found out that they did not have the items in stock? I managed to get a refund for the items on the ordered 15/11 last week WC 08/12 I still have not had my refund from the 10/11 over a month later.I have now started legal proceedings to recover the money they have withheld from the 10/11.I don't understand how they can ...

I felt that Asda Direct did not help me with my problem. I couldn't understand them properly and they made loads of promises about how they will sort my problems out but I felt they were doing nothing to help. They were very quick to take the money out of my bank but very slow to refund it. I've had a problem since mid november and I've still not received my refund yet despite 5 phone calls.
